Fall Celebration Menu Returns to Marlow’s Tavern

ORLANDO, Fla. (Sept. 12, 2018) – The annual fall celebration at Marlow’s Tavern features iconic Florida-grown ingredients and unparalleled creativity in the kitchen, along with friendly competition at all Marlow’s Orlando neighborhood gathering spots now through Oct. 15.

Marlow’s Tavern executive chef, CEO and co-founder John C. Metz has issued an “Iron Chef” challenge to the tavern chefs and bartenders to use three signature Florida-grown ingredients as the starting point for a featured entrée, starter, dessert or cocktail. The ingredients – cheese, rice and honey – come from Cypress Pointe Creamery, Congaree and Penn Farm and Mills and My Sweetest Honey.

“Our mission at Marlow’s Tavern is to use the freshest seasonal and local ingredients to surprise and delight our guests,” says Metz. “With the fall celebration, our chefs are having a little fun with unique presentations and flavor combinations to treat our guests to something extra-special. The only limitation will be our chefs’ imaginations.”
